Yes. Units are built to be lifted and transported, which is why builders redeploy a sales center across multiple communities and productions move units between locations. Rigging and transport are arranged by you or your contractor.
Yes. Layout and finishes are handled as a personalized order during the design phase, before anything is manufactured. Units are available in single, double, triple and multi-unit configurations.
A level pad or piers, plus water and electrical connection points. No deep foundation is required.
Every unit has a galvanized steel frame, full insulation, a glass front and two A/C units for climate control. The structure carries a 7-year warranty.
12 to 18 weeks from order confirmation. Units in stock in Austin can be available sooner — contact us for current availability. Orders of three or more units receive volume pricing.
