Do I need a permit or foundation to place a NanoNest in Texas? +
No expensive foundation is required. NanoNest cabins can be set on a basic concrete pad, piers, or level ground. How long does delivery and setup take? +
Units are delivered 12–18 weeks from order confirmation. Each one ships fully finished, with every wall, fixture and appliance installed. Once your pad is ready and a crane is on site, setting a unit typically takes a day; then your contractor connects water and power. No framing crew and no weeks of on-site construction.
Can I use a NanoNest as an Airbnb or short-term rental? +

Every NanoNest is built on a galvanized steel frame with double-stitched structural seams, high-efficiency wall and roof insulation, and triple-layer argon gas windows.
Can a NanoNest cabin be used as an ADU on my property? +
NanoNest units are used as ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) across Texas — no contractor in your yard for months and no expensive foundation. Permit and zoning rules vary by city and county, and some jurisdictions do not allow ADUs at all. Confirm what applies to your property before ordering; our team can help you check.
What is included in every NanoNest cabin? +
Every unit ships with two A/C units, triple-layer argon gas windows, insulation in the roof, walls and subfloor, pre-installed plumbing and wiring with one water and one electrical connection point, an induction cooktop, a water heater, double-stitched structural seams and manual blinds throughout. No add-on packages. Site work and utility hookups are handled by you or your contractor; turnkey installation is available on multi-unit orders across Texas.
