How Ordering Works

From First Call to
Delivery Day.

Three phases, and one number that matters: 12 to 17 weeks from the day you order to the day your unit reaches your site. On multi-unit orders we can take it further and handle turnkey installation anywhere in Texas.

The Whole Journey

Every Phase at a Glance

Every phase from first call to handover — what happens in each one, and how long it takes.

Phase I Preliminary Consultation & Design
~1 week Before you order

We start with how you'll actually use the unit, then show you every configuration and what each one costs. You walk away with a floor plan and renderings — nothing ordered, nothing owed.

  • Use-case consultation & configuration options
  • Transparent pricing for every configuration
  • Preliminary floor plan & renderings
  • No deposit, no commitment
Phase II Manufacturing
7–12 weeks Order to factory completion

You sign, the deposit clears, and your production slot is reserved. You approve the final specs in writing, and that set becomes the exact standard your unit is built and inspected against — indoors, on schedule, whatever the weather.

  • Order confirmation & production slot reserved
  • Detailed design & your written sign-off (2–3 weeks)
  • Factory production — structure, systems, finishes (4–8 weeks)
  • Factory inspection with photo & video proof of your build

40% at order  ·  40% at factory inspection

Phase III Delivery
~5 weeks Freight, customs, delivery and handover

Your unit sails in 40-foot containers, clears customs at the Port of Houston, and is trucked to the delivery point you designate. You then have a 24-hour window to inspect it against your approved specs. On multi-unit orders, ask about turnkey installation across Texas.

  • Ocean freight in 40-ft containers
  • Port of Houston arrival, duties & customs clearance
  • Trucked to your designated delivery point
  • 24-hour inspection window, then handover
  • Turnkey installation in Texas available on multi-unit orders

20% on arrival at the Port of Houston

Payments are tied to milestones, not calendar dates: 40% at order confirmation, 40% at factory inspection and completion, and 20% on arrival at the Port of Houston. Percentages apply to your unit price plus applicable taxes. Timelines are estimates and can shift with manufacturing and shipping conditions outside our control.

After Delivery

Who Does What on Site

On a single unit, our work ends when it reaches your site: site work and installation are handled by you or your contractor, and we make sure you know exactly what that involves well before delivery day. On multi-unit orders in Texas we can take the whole installation on ourselves — talk to us and we'll scope it with your order.
