Can a NanoNest be used as an Airbnb or short-term rental?

Yes. Airbnb, VRBO and glamping operators use NanoNest for its low entry cost and immediate occupancy. The unit arrives finished, so there is no construction period between purchase and your first booking.

Do you offer volume pricing for multiple units?

Yes. Volume pricing is available for orders of three or more units, which is the typical starting point for glamping resorts, RV parks and multi-cabin properties.

What utilities does each unit need?

Water and electricity. All internal plumbing and wiring is pre-installed with a single connection point each, and units connect to the same pedestals an RV park already runs.

How long from order to delivery?

12 to 17 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Units already in stock at our Austin showroom can move considerably faster — ask us for current availability.
